Earn a Prestigious CRM Designation

To earn the designation, take all five CRM courses and pass the corresponding exams within five calendar years after you pass your first CRM exam. Note: Insurance professionals are welcome to take CRM courses without the intent to earn a designation. The exam is required only if earning the designation.

What Does a CRM Course Entail?

There are five CRM courses, taught by expert, nationally recognized faculty. Each is two days (16 hours) of instruction, followed by a 2 ½ hour exam.
