Nine insurance agencies, two producers, and four aspiring producers will receive approximately $6,000 in education scholarships. They are the winter 2021 recipients of the Insurance Agents & Brokers (IA&B) education scholarship program.
“There’s so much talk about industry perpetuation,” said IA&B President & CEO Jason Ernest, Esq. “Awarding education scholarships is one way we can move the needle today to support the independent agency system of tomorrow.”
IA&B education scholarships are available to individuals and member agencies and can be used toward designation, online CE, and P&C pre-licensing education programs. The next round of agency scholarships will be awarded this summer. Additional information is available at IABforME.com/scholarships.
