Connection Information & Technical Difficulties

If you have trouble logging in or experience any technical difficulties during the live webinar, please call our administrative partner, The Florida Insurance School (FISCE) at 800-786-4303 or 850-222-4303.
We recommend logging in early to allow time to resolve any connection and technical issues.
Before joining the webinar:
  1. The webinar is delivered through Zoom.  Connecting through a remote office network or VPN may cause audio/video issues and interfere with attendance polling.  We strongly recommend connecting outside of a VPN or remote office network whenever possible.
  2. When joining the webinar, enter your first and last name, email address, and your resident license state (if a licensed producer).  If you are unlicensed, enter “not licensed.”  No passcode is required.
  3. Audio will be delivered through your computer or mobile device speakers.  There is no dial-in audio option.
  4. Pay close attention to the education consultant’s opening remarks for important attendance and participation requirements.

Attendance Compliance

Attendance is monitored throughout the program using random polling questions (3 per hour).  You must respond to every poll to remain compliant with state CE requirements and Alliance guidelines for designation update credit.
If you miss a poll, immediately send a message through the webinar chat including:
  • Your name
  • The missed poll number
  • Reason for the missed poll
Example: John Smith, missed poll #4, internet connection issue
This information will be documented with the attendance records.  Failure to comply with attendance requirements may result in the loss of CE and/or designation update credit eligibility.

  1. Sign in at riskeducation.org.
  2. Select Course History.
  3. Locate the course title.
  4. Click on Modify CE in the right column.
  5. Complete and submit your CE selection.
The Alliance will report earned CE credits to state insurance departments within 10 days of course completion.
Attention FLORIDA, MICHIGAN, SOUTH CAROLINA, and WISCONSIN resident license holders. These states require an additional CE compliance affidavit for webinar courses.  Your state specific affidavit will be available in your Alliance PROfile account beginning on the last day of class and remain available for the following three days.
The affidavit is pre-filled with course and participant information.  You must sign and submit the affidavit within the required timeframe to receive CE credit.  If the affidavit is not submitted on time, you will need to contact the Alliance for assistance. Do not return your completed affidavit to IA&B.
To access and submit your affidavit:
  1. Sign in at riskeducation.org.
  2. Select My Courses, then Course History.
  3. Locate the course and click the Affidavit button in the Action Items column.
