Connection Information & Technical Difficulties
- The webinar is delivered through Zoom. Connecting through a remote office network or VPN may cause audio/video issues and interfere with attendance polling. We strongly recommend connecting outside of a VPN or remote office network whenever possible.
- When joining the webinar, enter your first and last name, email address, and your resident license state (if a licensed producer). If you are unlicensed, enter “not licensed.” No passcode is required.
- Audio will be delivered through your computer or mobile device speakers. There is no dial-in audio option.
- Pay close attention to the education consultant’s opening remarks for important attendance and participation requirements.

Requesting CE Credits
- Sign in at riskeducation.org.
- Select Course History.
- Locate the course title.
- Click on Modify CE in the right column.
- Complete and submit your CE selection.
- Sign in at riskeducation.org.
- Select My Courses, then Course History.
- Locate the course and click the Affidavit button in the Action Items column.
- Review the affidavit, electronically sign it, and click submit.
