About The Award

Insurance Agents & Brokers (IA&B) recognizes women insurance professionals for contributions to their agency, community, and the independent agency channel.

A panel of judges will select three insurance professionals as the 2026 IA&B Women of Influence.

Nomination forms due: By 4:30PM on Wednesday, Dec. 17, 2025
Winners notified: Monday, Jan. 12, 2026
Official announcement: Tuesday, March 31, 2026 at the IA&B Women’s Conference

Announcement of Winners

IA&B will officially announce the 2026 Women of Influence at the Women’s Conference, which will be held on March 31 at the Wyndham Gettysburg Hotel & Conference Center in Gettysburg, PA. The release of the April Primary Agent magazine, which will feature the Women of Influence, will accompany this announcement.
