Gov. Wolf Vetoes COVID-19 Immunity Bill

Gov. Tom Wolf, on Monday, vetoed IA&B-supported legislation which would have provided limited immunity from COVID-19 related lawsuits. House Bill 1737 was passed by state lawmakers on Nov. 20 during the final voting day of a rare post-election legislative session, which was needed in order to pass the remainder of the current fiscal year budget.HB
