How to Renew

Is it time to renew your agency’s membership? Please know that only the agency’s Account Administrator or Membership Contact has access to the agency’s membership renewal. Be sure to read and agree to the terms and conditions of IA&B membership before proceeding.

To renew, you’ll need to verify your number of full-time employees through out website, and then you will immediately see your dues rate. Watch this quick video tutorial or see the steps below for instructions.

Please note: Our website is compatible with Google Chrome (rather than other browsers, such as Microsoft Internet Explorer or Edge).

1. Log into the website with your username/ID and password. Then select My Portal from the top right.

2. Select My Business from the menu.

Don’t see My Business? Only the agency’s Account Administrator or Membership Contact has access to the agency’s membership renewal.

3. Choose Dues & Subscriptions, and then select Renew Your Membership to proceed. You can easily pay online (preferred method), or instructions will be provided at checkout to pay by check (and send via mail).
