Minimum Education

High School Diploma

Must Be P&C Licensed

Other Qualifications

– High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
– At least 1 year of experience in sales or client-facing roles.
– Knowledge of insurance policies and industry regulations.
– State insurance license (can be obtained during onboarding).
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
