Understanding the National Flood Insurance Program 

Flood insurance expert Rita Hollada, CIC, CPCU, CPIA leads this three-hour on-demand program which awards the CE credit agents need to sell NFIP policies.  In addition to covering the basics of the NFIP, the program addresses the numerous reforms which stem from what remains intact of the Biggert-Waters Flood Insurance Reform Act of 2012 and the follow-up law it triggered, the Homeowner Flood Insurance Affordability Act of 2014.  These 2015 changes to the NFIP include surcharges, premium jumps, fee increases and new high-deductible options.  


This program offers a solid understanding of the NFIP program and all it's recent changes  allowing you to better serve your clients wether you sell a lot of flood insurance or only the occassional policy.

Pollution Exposures & Coverages

Businesses have become subject to increased environmental liability and financial loss exposures. These include site assessment, testing, upgrading facilities, cleanup, third-party damages or injuries, and fines or penalties.
