A webinar series comparing agency management systems

Agency tech expert Steve Anderson serves as a virtual matchmaker between independent agencies and the leading agency mangement system vendors.

This webinar series will help agencies shopping for an agency management system (AMS) to compare and contrast systems and vendors to determine the best fit. Developed by IA&B (Big "I" affiliate in Pa. & Del.) and facilitated by Anderson, the program consists of more than a dozen one-hour webinars, each featuring a different system.

Should I be looking at a new agency management system?

A no-obligation online survey developed by Anderson can help you determine if the time is right to explore new agency management systems. Taking just minutes to complete, the survey immediately returns a preliminary assessment. Shortly thereafter, you will receive a follow-up email with a customized report and recommendations based on your responses. The report can then be used to determine if this webinar series will be a useful tool.

How will these webinars help me navigate the agency management system market?

The webinar series, highlighting 13 different system vendors/products, is a way for agencies to quickly evaluate the players based on criteria developed by Anderson, an expert who understands the unique technology requirements of independent agencies. Anderson facilitates the vendor presentations to make sure you’re getting the information you need.

Vendor reps will highlight their systems' capabilities in managing personal lines, commercial lines, and accounting. They will also cover what they consider differentiators of their systems, and Anderson will serve as a moderator, interjecting as appropriate.

To facilitate an apples-to-apples comparison of systems, Anderson has developed a tool you can use to consistently record your take-aways from each presentation. 

The live webinars conducted in April and May were recorded and archived for unlimited viewing through March, 2017. The entire series will be sold as a package. Webinars will not be sold individually.

What does it cost?

The series costs $199 for members of the co-sponsoring associations ($249 for non-members). Webinars will NOT be offered individually. Registrants have unlimited access to all recorded webinars in this series through March 31,2017.
