Who should attend a Dynamics of Service Seminar?
This course is designed for insurance professionals involved in the service process. This one-day course offers instruction for participants to improve their skills and expand their knowledge in the service arena.

Seminar: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

*This seminar can be used as an update option for CISR designee holders. However, it is not part of the five CISR seminars needed to earn the designation.
