Michael Goldberg, Founder of Knock Out Networking, LLC will walk us through how to make networking work for you including rules of networking, how to ask the right questions, where to network and the different phases of networking.
Rich Molden, Founder of Performance Development Group, will show us how to be more a more effective salesperson by becoming "Customerized." We will learn about our own behavior style of selling but more importantly, how to quickly recognize and adapt to the customer's behavioral style. We will expose strengths, blind spots & weaknesses in every key stage of the sale process.
Jeff Teschke and Emily Burns, Digital Marketing Experts with Forge3 Ltd., will show us current web-based apps and other tech tools that help agencies gain an effective online presence and build their business.
Jason Ernest, Esq., IA&B's Deputy CEO, will help us understand the rights under common and contract law and how producer agreements protect the agency's core asset, its policy expirations.
Everett Shaw and Tom McGraw with B.H. Burke will join us to provide an overview of perpetuation planning while Mike Strakhov with Live Oak Bank will talk about funding options. We will be allowing for some individual meetings for those of you who are looking at perpetuation now.
